Description
Main Specification
The M1332 cylindrical grinders is suitable for grinding cylindrical or conical rotating workpieces with IT6–IT5 precision.
The longitudinal movement of the machine tool worktable is achieved by a hydraulic non-stop transmission; it may also be driven by a handwheel, with lubrication provided in the form of a small-hole throttling unloading system.
The horizontal movement of the grinding wheel holder provides hydraulic rapid advance and retraction, manual micro-feed, and automatic periodic feed of the grinding wheel.
The workpiece, grinding wheel, oil pump, and cooling pump are each driven by an independent motor.
The grinding wheel spindle bearing employs two sets of sliding bearings, each consisting of four bearing shells. The spindle is enlarged and the motor is oversized, resulting in higher grinding efficiency.
The grinding wheel dresser is mounted on the tailstock, which is equipped with a hydraulic *retracting device.
The machine tool incorporates electrical and hydraulic interlocking mechanisms for all moving components, ensuring safe and reliable operation.
The MC1332 series workbench uses hydrostatic guideways for movement.
