Double Disc Grinding Machine

This machine is a horizontal through-feed double disc grinder . It adopts PLC control and servo/stepper motor feeding without traditional hydraulic station. Two grinding spindles are installed on the same horizontal centerline. Workpieces pass through between two grinding wheels for simultaneous grinding on both end faces. This machine is fitted with hydrodynamic spindles, featuring high rigidity, low vibration and excellent thermal stability. It is widely used for mass grinding of bearing rings, rollers, piston rings and other precision cylindrical components. Automatic wheel wear compensation is available. It can connect with auto loading & online measuring system for fully automatic production line.
