The models serials include the 3MZ14 model and 3MZ13 model , which the serials are available for processing the sewing machine rotary shuttle hook of  inner rings(inner cup) and base rings(outer cup) separately, the both grinder were adopted advanced Mitsubishi control system, electronic, pneumatic, hydraulic, automatic online detection integration function, replaceable fixture technology and improvement device, with online tracking detection work piece processing status, to achieve the high-tech precision grinding for inner track of rotary hook , the model has strong grinding rigidity, flexible and reliable operation, high production efficiency, low noise, high processing precision.

Main Specification

The series include both models (inner rings and outer rings), that the model 3MZ136 is grinding inner cup which grinding diameter between 10 mm – 60 mm , the model 3mz147 is processing the outer cup track which the grinding diameter between 25 mm-50 mm and width 15 mm-30 mm the models can satisfy the highest request of clients, such as roundness less 0.002 mm, the surface roughness less 0.0025 mm and size variation is less 0.005 mm.

1.Controller system: Adopt Siemens or Mitsubishi system and module of control position, double servo drive work piece head and grinding head movement, reserved connection interface position.
2.Dresser head: Servo motor and Ball screw and high precision and hardness cross type roller guide way, the precision of repeated positioning is 1μm. Adopt plug grinding mode and the guide way and Ball screw have been automatic lubricated with grease.
3.Work piece head: Adopt high precision sleeve structure. The bearing adopts high precision and spindle bearing with high hardness, which lubricated with grease and sealed by gas. The radial run out of the spindle flange is less 2μm, and the axial run out is less 2μm.
4.Grinding spindle head: Adopt the diamond blade with single point, rotary cylinder driver. and the radius run out and axial run out is 0.002 mm.
5.This model can achieve the higher precision demand, the roundness is less 0.0005 mm, the roughness is less 0.0025 mm.
